Export ideas from a channel

1. Click on Admin and then on the Channel in which you want to export ideas.

2. Click on Ideas in the left navigation.

3. Select the ideas you want to export and then click on in the upper right corner of the list. 

4. Choose your desired export option from the list and then click on Export ideas.

You can export ideas to:

• Excel (xls) - Get an Excel report with the full idea idea description of each idea
• Excel with Evaluation Score (xls) - Get an Excel report with the evaluaiton scores of each idea in their current stage
• Excel Pivot Table Report (xls) - Get an Excel report with the detailed evaluation scores of each idea per stage and per evaluator
• PDF One Pagers (pdf) - Get a one-pager for each idea
• PDF Full Report (pdf) - Get a the full idea description as well as comments for each idea
