Overview of evaluation results

1. Click on Admin and then on the channel you want to see the evaluation result of.

2. Click on Evaluations in the left navigation. Here you get an overview of the results and completion levels from across all evaluation teams.

Here you can, among other things:

Select an evaluation team to see the results from that specific team.
Click on the arrow next to the idea to see how each evaluator has scored the idea.
A green checkmark signals that an evaluator has evaluated an idea.
Sort by results in each column.

Export evaluation scores

Export the evaluation scores for more elaborate sorting and filtering.

1. To export evaluation scores, click on Admin and then on the channel you want to export the evaluation result of.

2. Click on Evaluations in the left navigation.

3. Now select the ideas you want to export and then click on .

4. Select Excel with Evaluation Scores from the list and then click on Export ideas.

1. Click on Admin and then on the channel you want to move ideas to another stage.

2. Click on Evaluations in the left navigation.

3. Select the ideas you want to move and then click on Move to stage. and choose the stage to which you want to move the ideas.

Tip: Use Tags to tag the best ideas, so you can easily filter and select the right ideas.
