Making informed decisions about new opportunities can be complex, involving multiple stakeholders and selection criteria. To simplify this process, we've introduced the heat map—a visualisation tool that highlights results and helps you identify top priorities quickly.

Setting up a heat map

1. Click on Admin and then on the channel you wish to set up a heat map.

2. Click on Process in the side menu to the left. 

3. Scroll down to the column "Heatmap", then click Add heatmap in the stage where you want to create a heatmap.

4. Configure your heat map and click Done, once you are satisfied with the set up.

Download heat maps to Excel

1. Click on Admin and then on the channel, you want to download a heat map from.

2. Then click on Manage evaluations in the left side navigation. 

4. Click on the Export Icon and then on Export as: Excel with Evaluation Scores.

5. To export, click on Export ideas.
