It is now possible to set up different evaluations for each stage within a process.
Create an evaluation form
1. Click on Admin and then on the channel, you want to create an evaluation form in.
2. Click on Process in the left side menu.
3. Click on Add form in the Evaluator form row and in the stage where you want to create a form.
4. Here you can build an evaluation form from scratch or copy an existing form from another channel.
Create an evaluation form
1. Create a custom evaluation form by clicking on Add field and then select a field from the right menu. You can choose between the following fields.
- Info text - Give evaluators instructions
- Range - Range on a scale of 1 to 5
- Options - Select an option from a list
- Number - Collect data in numeric format
2. Now name the field and add any necessary info, options, etc.
3. Once you have added all fields needed, click Save to create the form.
Copy from a channel
1. To copy an existing evaluation form from another channel, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and then on Copy from channel.
2. Select a channel and the stage, of which you would like to copy the evaluation form of.
Tip: You can click on "Preview" to see, what the evaluation form consists of.
3. Click Copy form to copy the existing form.
4. You can now apply changes to the form if needed or click Save to save the form as it is.
Create evaluation teams
1. Click on Admin and then on the channel you want to create a team in.
2. Click on Process in the left side navigation.
2. Scroll down to the row Evaluation Teams and click on Add team.
3. Click on Create Team and then give the team a title and decide in which stages this team should be available.
4. Click on Next and then type the names or emails of the users you want to add to this team.
5. Now click on Create Team.
Add evaluators
1. Click on the evaluation teams in the column where you want to add evaluators.
2. Hover over the team you want to edit and click on the three dots and then on Manage members.
3. Click on Add Evaluators in the right corner and then type the emails or names of the users you want to add to the team.
Set an Evaluation deadline
When you set an evaluation deadline, the stage will close for evaluation automatically on the date set.
1. In the "Evaluation deadline" row, click Add deadline for the stage where you want to set a deadline.
2. Select the date and time by which the stage should close for evaluation and click Save.
Tip: Evaluators can see the evaluation deadline in the evaluation overview.
Control visibility of evaluation results
This option allows you to decide when evaluators should be able to see the results of the evaluation.
1. In the “When can evaluators see results” row, click the current setting for the stage where you want to make a change.
2. Select the new preferred setting.
