3. Additional Information about the AI service we use at Nosco
- All built-in generative AI models used on the Nosco Platform are provided by AWS via the AWS Bedrock service.
- We are currently using Anthropic Claude 3.5 for generative AI applications, though this is subject to change as we fine-tune our AI features.
- None of the inputs, prompts, and context data sent to the AI model are used to train new models, and none are shared with the model provider (Anthropic).
- All the data and compute resources for AI are located within the Frankfurt AWS region. This is consistent with all existing general-purpose databases and compute resources.
- Nosco is not using the inputs, prompts, and context data sent to the AI model to fine-tune the model. If this comes up as a need, it will be on a per-client basis, with the same isolation as any other client data.
- AWS Bedrock shares the same compliance levels as AWS.
-
Copyright claims for the outputs of the Anthropic models are handled by Anthropic.
See more information here. - For more information on how Anthropic Claude has been trained/works, please see Claude’s Constitution.
- For more information about AWS Bedrock please see the FAQ
