Have you activated your account?

1. You should have received an email with an activation link.

2. Make sure it's not in your junk folder.

3. Open the activation link, that is in the email and choose a password. 

4. You can now login with your email and password.

5. If you didn't receive an email with an activation link and it is also not in your junk folder, make sure that you check the right inbox. It might be that your account was created with another email address.  

You have activated your account but still can't log in?

1. Make sure to use the same email address as the one the activation link was sent to.

2. If you forgot your password, click on the link underneath the login form.

3. You will receive an email in a few minutes to reset it.
