After you have added users to the platform, you need to invite them to the platform.
Click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner and then on Messages. To create a new message, click on the plus icon in the upper right corner.
Step 1 - Write a message
Write a subject line and a welcome message in the dedicated fields. Do not forget to include an activation link so the new users can activate their account, create a password and get access to the platform.
Step 2 - Select recipient
Click on Add recipients to add as many people as you like to the mail. Click Select all if you want to invite all users at the same time.
Step 3 - Send the invitation
When you are ready, you can send the message by clicking Send now. You can also save your message as a draft and send it out later on.
