Workarounds
Your desired feature may not exist on the Nosco platform yet. However, in our experience in many instance, a workaround might be available that you can use to solve your problem right away. Simply shoot us an email to support@nos.co and one of our knowledgeable Customer Success Representatives will help you to find a workaround that works for you.
How We Decide on New Features
We want Nosco to be great and as valuable as possible for our clients. Sometimes this means not working on one thing so we can work on something else that's more important. Deciding what's important is not easy. Here's how we do it:
- Review all the ideas submitted by our clients (see below for more on that). This allows us to identify common themes and areas that need improvement.
- We have an internal Idea Box where we collect ideas from our team on how we can improve Nosco for our clients and discuss features among the team.
- Members of our product team meet every week to discuss new features and decide when and who will work on them.
- Nosco meets regularly to discuss the overall direction of the platform and what features will help move us in the right direction.
We want to be careful to add the right features to Nosco so that it remains a product that you love.
Submitting A New Feature Idea
If you have a feature you would love to see on the Nosco platform, we’d be more than happy to hear about it! Just know that we may not be able to work on it right away—or ever if it turns out that it doesn’t line up with our big-picture goals.
