Sometimes ideas need to be hidden from the user level. May it be because of IP rights or confidentiality reasons. Nosco provides you with an easy way of hiding ideas - the hidden status.
All ideas that have this status can only be seen by the idea author and the admins.
All other users will not be able to find, see or read the ideas that have the hidden status.
Hide ideas with the hidden status
1. Click on Admin and then on Statuses in the drop-down menu.
2. Click on the Create status and type in the name of the status. Then click on Create.
Tip: Name it "hidden", "confidential" or something that indicates that ideas with this status are hidden.
3. Once you have created a status, hover over the status until a small cogwheel appears next to its name. Click on the cogwheel and then on Hide ideas with this status. 
4. Now you just have to apply the status to the ideas you want to make confidential.
