When you set an idea submission deadline, the stage will close for idea submission automatically on the date set.
1. Click on Admin and then on the channel in which you want to set a idea submission deadline.
2. Select the stage in which you want to set the idea submission deadline. 
3. Scroll down to the Idea settings and turn on the switch in the Idea submission deadline field. Set a date and time, by which the stage should be closed for idea submission. 
Tip: The countdown is visible to all people in a channel, when hovering over
the elements in the timeline.
